The service
ONBI provides rota planning, team administration and attendance records using onbi NFC cards. The business owner controls its workspace and is responsible for the people it invites.
Plans, location seats and payment
The free plan includes up to 10 location seats. Each person, including an owner, uses one location seat at every location they belong to. Paid allowances are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. The owner authorises recurring payment and can manage or cancel it through the Stripe billing portal.
Customer responsibilities
The business controls who it invites, assigns permissions and locations accurately, provides lawful staff notices, reviews clock exceptions and keeps suitable independent payroll records. Login credentials and NFC card links must not be shared improperly.
Not payroll or legal advice
ONBI records schedules and observed attendance. It does not run payroll, calculate tax or provide employment, tax or legal advice. Businesses remain responsible for checking hours and meeting their legal and payroll obligations.
Hardware
A compatible NFC card securely prepared and supplied for onbi is required for NFC clock-ins and is sold separately. Cards remain bound to their original business. The business may move a card between its locations or archive a lost or inactive card.
Availability and loss
Internet, phone, email, Stripe and hosting services can fail. ONBI does not promise uninterrupted availability, and businesses should keep a reasonable fallback attendance process. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellation and ending access
A business may cancel a paid plan through the billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal as shown there; it does not erase attendance records automatically. ONBI may suspend access needed to protect people, the service or comply with law. Export, deletion and retention remain subject to security, audit and legal obligations.
